VALUE OF TIME

Value of Time
Time doesn’t wait for anyone
It goes and never comes back
Don’t waste it and get frustrated later on
Why complain about not getting a job when?
Clicking and liking a Facebook post won’t get you a job
Liking and sharing an unnecessary post online won’t get you a job
Getting excited over likes and comments  won’t get you a job
Commenting and sharing an irrelevant post won’t get you a job
Belonging to social groups that have a zero impact in your growth mindset won’t get you a job either.
If only you could learn one additional thing for a day,
Or develop and increase your knowledge in a month,
Then you would realize that you have the potential to change your life, and the world around you.
Get excited over likes and comments about something greats you’ve done and achieved.
Comment and share a post that will create an impact on someone’s life
Belong to a agroup where you will learn new things that will develop your growth mindset
Time is precious, so don’t waste it.

Forgiveness

We’ve all got to forgive one another because neither of us is perfect. Forgive others freely, as God has forgiven us. We don’t have to hold grudges against anyone. For- (give) gives us the healing that takes away the pain and frustration we felt.

Forgiveness is one of the hardest virtues to possess as humans. When someone has hurt us, we find it so hard to forgive that person because the pain in our hearts is unbearable. But we’ve got to forgive because that’s the only time our healing will start.

There is a relationship between letting go what someone has done and forgiving someone. We forgive when we let go the anger and resentment; we feel towards someone even if the person doesn’t accept their mistakes. Some people pretend to let go; this does more harm than good to them in their heart.

We can let go of the pain we feel towards someone without forgiving them, but true forgiveness starts when we let go. When God forgives us for our iniquities, the joy we feel in our heart is the same joy we will feel when we forgive others.

When we truly forgive someone, our actions and behaviour towards them should reflect forgiveness.

To forgive is not to forget what happened. However, if we wholeheartedly forgive someone from the harm they’ve caused us, we will someday forget what had happened because healing had taken place in our hearts.

Therefore, let’s forgive one another as God forgave us.

Prayer of Faith

I was eager to know how to pray effectively because I believed my prayer life wasn't strong enough. Sometimes we pray, but we don't get what we prayed for. What could be the problem?

Below, I summarize what I read in a very inspiring book about How to Pray Effectively. The title of the book is How to Pray Effectively by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.

In the first chapter of the book, Pastor Chris talks about the Prayer of Faith.

PRAYER OF FAITH  (Mark 11-22-24)

When we pray by faith, we believe that what we have prayed for we will have them.
We need to have the faith that acts and takes possession.
Faith means " I have it, though I may not see it with my physical eyes now".
We need to accept that something exists and act as such.

PRINCIPLES OF FAITH

1. There must be a specific desire

We can't be vague in our communication with God because Jesus said, "whosoever shall say unto this mountain". If we are praying for a job, we need to be specific on the type of job.

2. See the unseen

It is only when our desires are specific that we can see the unseen. This is so true!
We need to have a mental picture of whatever our desire is. The extent of a vision is the boundary of our blessing. We see the physically non-existent as though they already existed.

3. Use your evidence

Hebrews 11: 1 Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.

4. Don't doubt after praying

Doubt makes us keep asking the same things over and over again for fear of not being heard the first time. For each time we repeat our selves, we invalidate our previous request.

So let us receive when we pray the prayer of FAITH

                        Glory to God

Lack of Knowledge

Lack of knowledge

Many people want to succeed in life but they don’t know how to. Some people will look at another person’s life to determine what they will be in the future.

One day I heard Pastor Chris preaching about knowledge. He talked about increasing in knowledge. This is so true because, without the knowledge of what we want to do, we cannot succeed. That’s why the Bible says “My people perish for the lack of knowledge’.

We need to learn new things. For better growth, we can make a journal of the new things we are going to learn either monthly or yearly. We can learn new things from different angles in our lives. It could be in our job, family, the world around us and for our spiritual growth.

Sometimes it surprised us to find someone so knowledgeable about everything. Strive to learn something new today.

                                     Glory to God

All things are yours

All things are yours.

I will not type Amen somewhere to get my blessings from God.
I will not share some online post and pay some money to get my blessing to God.

The Bible says “ye are God’s little children” all things are yours.
Therefore, I will receive everything I need by my faith in Christ Jesus.

If I need a job, for example, I will get the job by faith while applying and getting ready to grab this job.

In Christ, there is no recession in our life. There is no time where things are so bad that you are lacking. For the Bible says, My God is supplying all my needs according to His riches in Glory by Christ Jesus.

                             Glory to God

There is no time where I am lacking. Even if there is a tough moment in my life, the hard moment will look good because in Chris Jesus there is no recession. We live in the fullness of God so there will be no time in our life where we will say oh things are down.

Who is Jesus coming for?

I believe the word of God is Light.

I believe that if we stick to the word, we will come out with a testimony.

The man of God Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the best preacher I know.

The reason I love to listen to Pastor Chris is that he teaches the word of God.

Through his preachings, my life has transformed in so many ways. Each time I listen to Pastor Chris, I

am blessed by the word of God.

In one of his sermons, he talked about who is Jesus coming for?

He said Jesus is not coming for sick people, Jesus is not coming to a church where people queue up to

explain their problems. He said Jesus is coming for a church where everyone is glorifying God.

In today's society, many people ignore the word of God and rush for signs and miracles. But if we stick

to the word of God, it will do what it talks about in our life. The word of God brings light to our body

when we meditate on the word daily.

The more we know Jesus, the more glorious our life will be.

                                                     Amen.

The act of giving

How do we feel after giving someone a gift?
Free Gift Box Clipart, Download Free Clip Art, Free Clip Art on ...Sad, happy, sorry or proud.

People have different motives for giving gifts. Some people give because naturally they are loving and caring. They usually forget about giving you a gift, and they don't mention it to anyone.

Other people give because they've seen that you need that stuff. They will do anything to provide you with what you need because it makes them happy to see you smile.

Another set of people will give you a gift to make themselves look good. They believe you are nothing without them and will make you suffer. They tell everyone about what they've done to you and keep reminding you of their gesture.

Some people give and take them back. These are a really funny set of people. Have you ever had a gift taken back?

The last set of people give and expect something in return indirectly. They believe in payback and will ask you a favour based on the gift you've received.

What type of gift-giver are you?
